Map Lattitude and Longitude data?

Hi, I have an excel spreadsheet of multiple latitude and longitude locations. Is there anyway I can go about uploading and mapping this data in OSM?

The non-technical (and maybe disappointing) answer to your question is that you should start reading the Import/Guidelines wiki page before doing the actual work.
