In the old Potlatch (1.4) one could consult the way history pressing the "Advanced" button and then selection "Way history". In Potlatch 2 I can not find this feature. Where is it hidden?

It's not yet been reimplemented in p2.

However, there's a useful link hidden on the Advanced tab. Click the id of the node/way and it'll open the /browse/ link for that node or way in a new tab.

I'd love to know why. Is it too demanding of server resources? Hard to implement? Considered not useful or confusing? I personally loved it as the only simple way to visualize history for an area.

I've actually done most of the work now, it's currently in a separate branch so not visible yet. I'm sure it'll get finished off and merged at some point.
