Hello, OSM community. Please forgive this unusual question. I have been unable to download the required processed_p.tar.bz2 after several attempts; the download aborts silently on windows and ubuntu using browser and wget. After 4 attempts no completion of more than 75% of the file. I was able to download the shoreline_300 and world_boundaries-spherical archives with no problem, but that big file eludes me. The question: is there a mirror site for these files? Or perhaps might someone take pity on me and provide a link to the file on their own server?
