I'm not sure this is really a place for religious discussion, but Mormons think of themselves as Christian. There are many different Christian denominations listed on the non-exhaustive wiki list, and while they all have slightly different beliefs they probably all think of themselves as real Christians. The only realistic solution is to accept that the religions think of themselves as Christian, or risk the beginning of religious (edit) wars.
