I was wondering what the tag water=land is? Is it reservoir land? I could not find information in the wiki and was confused as to how to differs from wetlands.

According to Taginfo water=land is never used. And it should never be used as this key-value pair makes no sense.

There is one occurrence listed on the above link of water=wetland which I suspect is a mistake and that natural=wetland was intended.
