Hi there,

I am trying to place a simple drop down box above the open street maps. Can some one guide me how to achieve this... I heard we need to create a

new new OpenLayers.Control.Button({ })

I used this method to add a button above the open street maps. But not sure of how to add a drop down box..... Please help me I am stuck for 2 days... Thank You

This isn't really an OpenStreetMap question. "OpenLayers" is used by some people to display OSM maps, but is really nothing to do with it. Were the links to openlayers resources added to your previous question of no help?

Yes there were of help to me .. By following them(new new OpenLayers.Control.Button({ })) i added a buttons on top of osm. But i couldnt find anything related to adding a drop down box.
