A few days ago I added a beach area (185303581) and the coastline was adjusted here,because the beach would have seemed inland! but the area of beach still seems away from the sea, can this area be rendered blue instead of white somehow? asked 15 Oct '12, 16:56  Burton wanderer |

On the Standard Mapnik map on openstreetmap.org, the coastline can take a while to update. Most edits show up within a few minutes or hours, but changes to the coastline can take weeks or months to appear. See this previous question: Why do the changes I have made to coastline not appear on the map? Your edits to the coastline and beach appear to be correct, you just have to wait a while for them to appear on the map. answered 15 Oct '12, 18:02  Vclaw |
