Maps sometimes don't work in firefox on Windows

I encountered the case when on Windows in firefox-15.0.1 map tiles don't show. But also when I tested on firefox-13.0.1 in windows it works.

Is this a known issue that firefox+windows combination sometimes causes tiles to not show in the map?

Do you get empty tiles or "more OSM coming soon"?
