Where can I get help using Leaflet?

I am using the Leaflet map viewer in an application, but I have an issue I need help with that's not specific to OSM. Since this is off-topic for this help forum, is there a better place to ask my question(s)?

Leaflet has its own mailing list where you can ask questions about using the library. If you think you've found a bug in Leaflet, you can report on the Github issues page, or to request enhancements use the Leaflet UserVoice page.
