It is regarding vandalism of map edits. As per documented FAQ's, I originally sent a request for this to data@osmfoundation.org on August 15, 2012 and have yet to receive a response. Thanks in advance.

I resent the email to data@osmfoundation.org at 3:06pm EDT (-4 UTC) per your request.

I did not feel it appropriate to list user names on here as it would be viewed nothing more than an attack. I am not sure why people are leaving negative feedback. This is a legitimate concern.
