[closed] GIS for security follow up

I was wondering if someone can advice me on a open source GIS adapted to create a map to follow security incidents and quite easy to use. I am at my first experience. Thanks in advance

Hello! I think QuantumGIS may be the software you need. The license is free and you can find some information in the manual of the software.
