I would like to teach osm certain traffic rules - like a stretch of a street, that is one-way, or not! -, so the routes, created with the oms-database, for example by openrouteservice.org are accordingly correct... Where do I find a quick introduction to how to insert traffic rules? Thanx!

The best place to look for traffic rules is probably the road signs wiki page and its various translations.
