As a GPX file in order to use the map the GPSmap 62s

I'm guessing that you probably don't want just a GPX file - that'd be OK for a single road or route with a few waypoints on it, but would be impractical for a whole country.

Instead, I'd have a look at one of these previous questions. This wiki page explains some of the options - there are lots of different maps available which highlight different features.

If you want a simple one-stop-shop that you can use to download a basic map I'd start here.
