Is there somewhere a shortlist for users of P2 or OSM

Hi, I wonder if theres a complete list of commands to handle both programs while mapping, for instance in P2, J to join and shift J to separate and like someone wrote this morning use R to copy data from another road ? Or should I keep watching and collecting handy commands ? I expect there more then these three ? Greetz Hendrik
