How do I edit an OSM business address on an iPad?

How do you edit an address? The app appears to only allow editing of the name and amenity and add tags.

What do you mean by "the app" ? Do you speak about the web online editor on openstreetmap.org called "Potlatch 2" ? or about a smartphone app ?

I meant editing an address on the iPad app, I'll try to do it on my iMac.
