Hi, Im confused with the following, the original (Bing / And) buildings, 4 in a row are tagged as single standing ones. But theres a long parking area at groundlevel, should I tag it just building, level none and no worries about the multifunctions of the building ? Its here 157000901. I'd only tag private inside parking as an entrance. Indeed there is a not entirely insignificant number of entrance=garage tags. If you mean the parking is outside, I'd simply put an access tage on it (likely access=private).
