In Houston, there are some roads where the middle lane of a three lane road switches between "inbound" traffic in the morning, to "left turn lane" in the middle of the day, to "outbound" traffic in the evening and back to "left turn lane" at night.

Also, when the lane is being used for inbound/outbound traffic, there are some left turn restrictions that come into play.

Any special tags to denote this type of road?

You should look into conditional access tags. There is note about how to implement them for one way roads on the wiki.

Thanks Caleb. Read the link and pondering how exactly to implement the suggestions in the link. If the entire road swapped directions depending upon time of day, the suggestion would easily work. Since only the middle lane changes direction, It sounds almost like there would have to be 3 parallel segments to do it correctly, which may be overkill for this situation.
