cutting lines in JOSM

how do I cut lines from maps that I have downloaded from OSM to JOSM....how can I erase lines that I do not need for mine projects......and thanxs for the help so far

4	Have a look at the JOSM guide, "Basic editing" documentation. Of course, you can delete whatever you like for your needs locally on your machine but you shouldn't upload your changes back into the database. permanent link answered 14 Sep '12, 15:25 Pieren 9.8k●20●83●157 accept rate: 15%
