Hello, I'm using Merkaartor. I go the the File menu, then Print and it doesn't show the map.

Any idea on how to get the map to show?

Regards, Yoshi

Merkaartor v0.180.18-dev... Mageia Linux 2 64-bit - Merkaartor compiled.

For me, the map does not show as a thumbnail picture in the print dialog but it does save the map to a SVG file that can be opened in a browser or edited in something like Inkscape.

I don't know how it works with OS X. May have more success on the Merkaartor mailing list which is likely to be seen by developers. http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/merkaartor.

JOSM may be more popular, but given the tendency of JOSM users to do planet-wide bot-like edits, I'm less and less inclined to take them seriously. There's space for several editors and Merkaartor has a very light system usage on my Linux KDE based system, as I'm running most of the underlying programs as part of the desktop.

By the way, JOSM is far more popular than Merkaartor ...
