Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

Our local public transit system in Austin, TX provides their bus route information in GTFS Data and KML Data. I was wondering if there is an easy way to add this data on OSM?

Bus stop information can be added to OSM using GO_sync. I'm not aware of an automated way to enter bus route information to OSM data.
