Hi! Don't know if the question still holds (a Google search can do wonders ...) Just for your information, here is one possible source of information : http://www.rdlt.com/postcodes-van-alle-gemeentes-van-belgie-met-gps-coordinaten (I found another one several years ago, but haven't found it back - I could send the database export, if need be).
