How can I get my country map which I edited on potlatch 2 exported unto my GPS device in the IMG format? Also how do get current (say the past two days) updated maps being part of the openstreetmap site where specific regions are selected as tiles for direct download. Example from this link: http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ I can only get updated maps of Ghana from this link for up to 20 August 2012. How do I get the updated ones for up to 28 August 2012?

Rather than downloading a map from that site, you can create a map yourself. As an example, this is what I do when creating a Garmin map for the UK.

You'll need a data extract from OSM to start with, and although I can't see one for Ghana, the one for the whole of Africa on this page is probably small enough to fit.
