Dear All,

I have just started to use OSM and I cannot see the editable map on Potlatch2.

I am using the Chrome browser (Version 21.0.1180.82) with Flash 11.4.402.265/Shockwave Flash 11.4 r402 as the plugin on a MacOS 10.8.1.

I can see this map that I found on the help pages however: http://random.dev.openstreetmap.org/potlatch2/potlatch2.html

When I use my work computer Chrome browser (v21.0.1180.83) with Flash 11.3.31.230/SF 11.3 r31 on Windows system, PL2 works and I can see the map to the right of the screen.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated?

Many thanks Aikiko

Apple menu > System Preferences > Flash Player > Privacy (or something like that) then change your settings to allow data to be stored on your computer.

I just tested on my side with same version of Chrome and Flash. Chrome 21.0.1180.82 Flash 11.4.402.265

No problem with OSX 10.6.8 and no problem with 10.8.1 (I just checked both).

What is exactly your problem ? The link you provided goes to a development server, not the main one. Is it on purpose ?

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

The problem is that when I open up PL2, I get the menu on the left hand side of the screen, but nothing appears on the right hand side of the screen i.e. no editable map, and just a blank window.

However, when I click on the link on the development server listed above, I can see a map open in PL2, and move around in that map.

Also when I am in view mode, I can see the maps clearly. It is only when I go to edit mode.

I have reset the Chrome browser, enabled all plug-ins, but still it does not work.

Thanks
