I'd like to add my app (GPS Essentials) to the list of supporting apps here: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Android Is there any information available on how to do this? asked 27 Aug '12, 18:09 Lemachi |
First you should create a wiki page for your app. Then you have to add Template:Software2 to that page, filling in the appropriate details for your app. A bot will read the details in the template, and automatically add it to the Android wiki page, probably within a day or so. answered 27 Aug '12, 18:32 Vclaw Thanks, will try that!

An explanation with some FAQ is also available on the bot's user page. That page is reachable from "Learn more" link below each of the tables on "Android". Feel free to improve it!

Simply login to the wiki (it's not the same credentials as the osm website, you'll have to register a different user) and edit the page. Preview your changes before saving :) answered 27 Aug '12, 18:20 Vincent de P... ♦ 1
Thanks for the quick response, but the page source says:
makes me reluctant to do so.
