Hi,

GPS traces from yesterday are still not being processed. I know that Frederick has closed the last question but....

IRC - I've looked at it, but can't work out what to do with it.

If this is not the right place to report faults, can we have a 'right' system that doesn't need a manual to understand!

Frustrated ..... Tallguy....

As you suggest in the question, IRC is the most effective way of communicating with the admins. On that page there's a "you can chat on the web" link - that's probably the easiest to use if you don't use IRC regularly. Just choose a nickname (e.g. what you use on OSM) and choose the channel - if you want to talk to the admins that'll be #osm-dev .

Then just ask your question (or say what's wrong).

Don't forget that the admins don't operate a 24-hour response policy - they have to sleep sometimes, earn money in the day-job, etc. So don't assume that your question is being ignored if there's no immediate response. They're volunteers like the rest of us, so be friendly. :)

I've raised the issue on IRC. They seem to think it's not their problem...

EDIT: The backlog does now seem to be clearing.

Whatever has been done has fixed it, thanks.
