Who will use data-tags for navigation (POIs) in Germany

We use a "Navigon" navigator for car-use. How do the tags in the map come to my navigator. Does there exit a overview about the usage of the map-data (POIs)

Not sure exactly what device you have, or exactly what you're asking, but for what it's worth Navigon has come up here before. There's a wiki page for both hardware and software, so a little more information in the question would help. Or perhaps you're referring to this?
