Hi is there labels that don't appear on the map even with highest Zoom level?? I added fish monger to my city map since 3 weeks and only appears in edit mode?? So if yes what is the use from adding these labels ??

OSM really all about data, rather than just one map. The "standard" map that you see on the osm.org website is one of four there, with different rendering rules that show different data.

There's an excellent discussion of that here.

Plenty of other services use OSM data. For example, shops such as your fishmonger will appear in the data that gets loaded into my Garmin Satnav without me having to do anything.

I'm sure that there are a few good "data vs maps" answers already, but I'm struggling to find one right now. If someone can find one it'd be awfully helpful if they could edit it into the answer above!
