I am a very new user, from today I mean ! I have not at all experience with OSM. Instead, I know very well a part of Romania, Danube Delta, where I did some exploration for more then two years. I need a strong tool to revert my WHOLE changes from today, 13 August 2012. Please help me ! I am working a lot and I have a lot of data that can improve the map in that area, but I need to practice. So, first thing, how can I undo ALL my changes made under name of Pupezica ? Second, I need to practice, because for sure I will make mistakes again, so I need a procedure to UNDO the mistakes. I appreciate the eventual answers on mail.

Thanks a lot,

Pupezica pupezicavesela@gmail.com

Revert with JOSM reverter Plugin seems to have been complete ... please check that area ... wait until the Renderer has drawn the corrected map tiles.

It is a bit late in this case but. My advice to a beginner or when trying out a feature that is new to you would be do small edits, and only save it if your work seems worth saving. You can practice to see how the editor works and to gain experience without saving. Note.. the are undo /redo boxes available in the Potlatch2 editor.

Some ideas can be found in the thread How can I revert a changeset?. That thread is about reverting something someone else has done, but the technique is the same if you want to correct your own mistakes.

If you don't feel comfortable with the JOSM editor hopefully someone else in this forum may assist you with the rollback.
