I was hinking in the mountains and collected data for OSM. There were emergency signs along the trails with altitude, coordinates and references. They look like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y72fz1c0i42silo/2012-08-05%2018.22.15.jpg My problem is how to tag these signs

It would be nice if someone could help me.

Thanks Hedaja

These should be tagged as highway=emergency_access_point

You can also add the tag for ref for the reference number on the sign.
