How can I display the Potlatch2 help popup window?

From time to time, perhaps after a software update or after a browser cookies cleaning, a help popup window appears. Is there any keyboard shortcut to display it again?

No keyboard shortcut, but there's a big "Help" button at the top left.

So blind or idiot (your choice). I was looking in the left column... For my defence, it only appears (but it makes sense) when Potlatch2 is loaded. Anyway, thanks for quick reply.
