In addition to adding the island and giving the building on the island a name, you probably also want to label it as an tourism=hotel. Also, the roads should probably join? Both the service road to the car park and the "tertiary" road to the west of the car park? I also suspect, from looking at the Bing imagery, that the "tertiary" road is probably more like a service road (no dotted line, no access other than to the golf course) than a tertiary?
