Strange shapes on the coastline in the renderers

How can I fix or get rid of the odd triangle shape here? https://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=-20.501&lon=116.848&zoom=9&layers=M

It seems that it might have been a problem with the coastline data since both mapnik and osmrenderer shows errors in the coastline. However this seems to have been fixed since the newer (higher zoom levels) tiles do not show these artifacts. You just have to wait for the renderers to get around and render the tile again. This might take a few days since the bigger areas takes longer to render and therefore gets scheduled with lower priority.
