[closed] City Map crippled

Hello,

I recently noticed that the map of the city Sibiu (Romania) has been crippled. A lot of streets have been deleted. I cannot find out who did this, I tried looking at the history, but cannot find the edits.

Where can I report this? The whole map has now very serious problems.
