It's the first time I use Q&A so I do not know if I have to make a new question. At area http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=40.5976&lon=22.97644&zoom=16&layers=M there were a lot of roads that have been entire deleted. I tried to see history but I couldn't figure out anything. Can someone restore the data?

Yes, it's normal to ask "new questions" in "new questions" - if you ask a new question as an answer it'll probably get missed.

The data that's been deleted in this case has been done by the Redaction Bot - read the link in red at the top of every help page that says "License change in progress - read more".
