Dear all,

I have updated some local streets using Potlatch 2 in OSM. However, I can't find a way to find the updated map containing the new routes I have added in the gmapsupp.img when I downloaded it from http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/.

Can anyone please help guide me on how to get the most updated map with the new roads that I've added?

Note the date underneath the map on garmin.openstreetmap.nl. It currently says "Map version: 07-07-2012". So the downloaded Garmin maps won't contain any changes or additions after that date.

So wait until those maps are next updated, then download a new gmapsupp.img and the streets you added should be included. Those maps are usually updated every few weeks or so.

Or you could try another source of OSM Garmin maps, which may be more up to date, see the list OSM Map on Garmin/Download. Or you can download the OSM data, and generate Garmin maps yourself, but this is more complicated. See the instructions here OSM Map on Garmin.

Thank you very much for the answer. That's clarified my doubts.
