Searching in our wiki for greenhouse leads to landuse=greenhouse_horticulture. This tag applies for the whole area, not for individual buildings. You can also search on taginfo for greenhouse to find building=greenhouse which you can use to tag individual buildings. 1
building=greenhouse is also documented on various wiki pages, such as Key:building and Map Features.

I would draw the outline of the building and tag it building=glasshouse. If it is part of a retail area, such as a garden centre, you can tag the area as landuse retail (landuse=retail) with a name=* tag for the business name and adding an area for car parking (amenity=parking). If there are extras such as bicycle park hoops (amenity=bicycle_parking) or a cafe (amenity=cafe) I would add those as nodes. If it is a horticultural glasshouse, so not a retail area, I would add again add the building tag and add landuse=greenhouse_horticulture for the whole area of the business, not just the greenhouse. Again you can add a name=* tag for the business name. |
