How do I map these protected areas

1

What about include APAs (área de proteção ambiental - ambiental protection area) in the OSM, a kind of protected area of Brazil (they are a little big)?

APAs in my state: http://www.ambiente.sp.gov.br/apas/apas.htm#apas

Example of an APA description: http://www.ambiente.sp.gov.br/apas/20960.htm

Brazilian legislation of protected areas: http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%81reas_protegidas_no_Brasil

This system is really meant for asking questions where you're looking for a solution to a problem, not for making suggestions. It's unclear what you're trying to ask, but if its "can I map these?", the answer is yes, providing the information is compatible with the OSM licence & CTs.

Thanks Jonathan, I was really trying to ask "can I map these?"... I have that doubt because this category of protected area is bigger than the majority (see the APAs of my state).

I added some protected areas, but I can see the boundaries only in edit mode. Is it right?

Quite possibly - not everything is shown on the "standard" map. If you post a permalink or "browse" reference to what you've added we'd be able to take a look.

Someone who's more familiar with these things than me will comment about the tags, I'm sure, but I'm wondering what relation 2283442 is and how it relates to the way?
