[closed] plotting traffic data to overlay on google map

Hi, I am not so clear how to proceed. I need to overlay traffic data(ex: speed) with different colors on Google maps. So, what I need is :1) A way to get traffic data and 2) How to draw or overlay on existing Google maps.
