How do i make an osm file of tokyo that will also work in in the Elk component in grasshopper?

What's going wrong with your Tokyo file ? Did you check this : http://www.food4rhino.com/project/elk ? Did you download the .osm.bz2 file format ? Did you uncompress it ?

yes i did, i am using it but for some reason the elk component gives an error, maybe because the file is too big? but i want to have all of Tokyo in one file in order to analyze the roads and connectivity... i to dont want to put them patch by patch next to each other... can the error be due to the files size? also thanks for the quick response
