Why does Nominatim not pick up a country name?

I noticed recently that Nominatim is not picking up the country name for places in the Isle of Man (e.g. St Johns), even though it knows about the boundary relation, and that relation has a name attached to it. Is there something wrong with the way it is tagged?

Data seem up to date and name is set on data. Same problem on OSM nominatime server.

Look at Nominatim wiki page to create a test case or fill a bug report.
