There are about 10 self serve bike repair stands near where I live. They look like http://www.boston.com/yourtown/news/cambridge/2011/03/cambridge_installs_free_bike_m.html

Is there a good way to tag these?

The closest I could find is service:bicycle:diy=yes. It is not used much, but I guess theese things are rare. Do not be supprised if it will not be rendererd on any of the maps.
