In what format would you like this? On a hand-held GPS? In a form that can be displayed on a web page (perhaps on a mobile phone)? On a piece of paper?
I found a map of Tenerife with contour line on open cycle map. How do I put the map into my Garmin GPS?
A web map is something different than a Garmin map. You cannot take a web map and load it into the GPS. You need a file specially prepared for Garmin. Some regions are for sale at shop.opencyclemap.org but Tenerife is not available as far as I can see.
