[closed] Howto divide a road into 2 for 2 one–way directions?

A local road is currently on the map as

but it has 2 one-way sections feeding off in the middle so it needs to be

    V
    V

How would I do that? Divide it into 2 somehow?

Thanks, I've got the hang of the non-obvious need to double-click to isolate points in a road, there's no stopping me now :)
