Can you make it clear whether you mean:

  • the main OpenStreetMap site (www.openstreetmap.org)
  • this help site (help.openstreetmap.org)
  • the documentation wiki (wiki.openstreetmap.org)
  • Another site

Perhaps you could explain, button by button, what you're doing and what doesn't work? Then, people would be able to investigate.

Also, what browser and what OS are you using?

Make sure you are logged into openstreetmap.org

  1. Click on your display name at the top-right of the page
  2. Click on 'my settings' in the links just below your display name
  3. Change any settings you want to change
  4. Click Save changes at the bottom-right of the page
