Puerto Rico, USA; no map to download

i see data for the USA 50 states, but not Puerto Rico, USA. how to download the data for my area?

Which kind of map data are you requesting? Something to put in your GIS software, something to print on paper, something to put in your Garmin GPS, something to... ?

If you're talking about http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/, then just zoom in, tick the box saying "enable manual tile selection" and select the two tiles.

I'm using navfree usa on my android phone. Can download those files and use them with navfree USA ?

Unfortunately not - garmin.openstreetmap.nl is for use on Garmin GPS devices.
