Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

I have entered start, end and some via points and have calculated the route. When moving the browser window to a second screen and maximizing the browser's window the overlay route is displayed in a wrong place. The shape and size of the route is correct but it is shifted from where it should be shown. The overlay arrows are shown at the correct places on the map. Recalculating the route does not fix the problem. When restoring the window size the route is shown at the right position again. The problem occurs with Chrome and does not occur with Firefox.

Openrouteservice is just one of many sites that use OpenStreetMap data - I suggest that you ask them about your problem via their contact page.
