So, I am trying to map a side road off a R/A. In Doha, major roundabouts will have a side road that are essentially so drivers can access the local neighborhood adjacent to either side of the highway (in this case, what I would designate as a primary road). The particular example is here. If I am unclear, let me know and I will get pictures. This is a very common fixture of the Qatari road system, so I wanted to know if it is best to mark it as primary, second, tertiary, or unclassified. Does anyone have any hints?

If the side road is only for access to the residential houses, then I would mark it as highway=residential.
