Add a custom background url

Hello,

I am trying to add a google satellite background url .

I get no background image .

We do not have permission to trace from Google Satellite images. The only images we have gotten permission to trace from are Bing. All other sources are not allowed without explicit permission.

Additionally you may ask local Israelian mappers on forum whether they use any additional imagery.

So its not possible ...

Is there other satalite source ?

Bing is a couple of years old in my area .
