Soweit so gut.

English:

If I plan a route with waypoints etc. on OpenSeaMap, I can see the route and the corresponding directions and distances on the map. So far, so good. However, how can I 1) save this route and 2) how can I put the saved route back on the map? So far I only managed to create an Excel file, but it is hard to read and I cannot get a map from the data.

What program / website are you talking about?
