Hello,

There are some buildings of that kind in my region - several floors with offices, fast food, various shops, banks and other amenities. How should I go for this building? I was thinking of only building=yes; name=[name if the building has one]. Anything else?

There is a proposal for various additional building attributes, for example building:level to specify the floor number of a POI (not to be mixed up with building:levels which specifies the overall number of floors a building has). You can also create a level relation that includes all POIs of the same level.

In place of simply tag with building=yes you can use building=[something] and height tag.

Look at Building on wiki and tag stat usage on taginfo.
